Farm to Table - 2023

September 16th 6-9pm

Join us for a lovely evening on the farm. Every year this event is the highlight of our season, with local food, incredible views, and great company. We begin the evening with cocktails (mocktails), mingling, passed appetizers, and farm tours before we sit at our long table and enjoy a family-style meal. Each course is chosen to specifically highlight some of the year's favorite vegetables, herbs, and of course, the amazing local meats grown right here in the Parowan Valley by Dry Lakes Ranch Beef.  We wrap up the evening with an assortment of decadent desserts and warm coffee/tea.

​This dinner showcases the efforts and tireless work that has been put in all year to provide quality and unique, locally grown produce, to create a space to enjoy, and to prepare meals that are not only for our Southern Utah community but for visitors alike. But, this is the event I am most proud of. It is the event I think about when I plant seedlings, prepare my field, and harvest our bounty. Please join us and celebrate another year with me!

And before we take our seats in the orchard, you will be invited to enjoy curated appetizers and embark on an exclusive guided farm tour led by our passionate farmers. You’ll learn about our commitment to sustainable agriculture and witness firsthand the care and dedication that goes into nurturing our produce. From the moment the seeds are planted to the joyful harvest, you'll gain insight into the journey our ingredients take from farm to table.


How we eat…

As the sun begins to set, take a seat at our beautifully arranged communal table, adorned with rustic decor and bathed in the warm hues of golden hour. Here, you'll connect with fellow guests, creating lasting memories and forging new friendships, as you enjoy the intimacy of a shared dining experience. As the dishes are brought out, guests are encouraged to serve themselves and share the joy of dining family-style. This communal approach to dining fosters a sense of togetherness and creates a lively atmosphere, where stories are shared and laughter fills the air.

Our talented team, inspired by the season's bounty, will present a carefully crafted menu featuring a symphony of flavors that pay homage to the season. Expect a diverse array of dishes, artfully prepared to showcase the beauty of each ingredient. Vegetables plucked from our garden, fruits freshly picked from the trees, and succulent meats sourced from nearby farms all come together in harmony on your plate.

To elevate your dinner, our sommelier from I/G Winery will expertly curate a selection of exquisite wines to perfectly complement the menu. With each sip, you'll discover how the interplay of flavors enhances the dining experience.
