2025 Pick-ups will begin May 8th and will be every Thursday from 3-6 pm
Half-season will begin July 24th
CSA OPTIONS
REGULAR CSA
$750-$1200
Our regular share is for smaller fmailies 2-4 people, and a minimum of 6 different vegetables and herbs or about 2-3 grocery bags worth of produce.
VEGGIE LOVERS
$975-$1650
This share is for larger families or a home where you pile on the vegetables. In this share you will get more each week and throughout the season you will also have teh opprotunity to take canning share of certain crops.
DRY LAKES MEAT
$550-$1420
We work with Dry Lakes Ranch Beef to round out your pick-ups with the highest quality meat.
Our CSA customers will recieve a thoughtfully curated assortement of Dry Lakes Ranch Beef cuts.
FLOWER SHARE
$200-250
Treat yourself to fresh cut flowers every week. you can pick up a fresh bouqet or venture into the flower fields and pick your own. This share is 10-12 weeks long.
What will I be getting each week?
Our CSA membership includes a weekly assortment of in-season vegetables and fruits(when available). Your spring and early summer CSA pick-ups will consist mainly of a variety of lettuce and greens (bok choy, asian greens, spinach, mustards) and root vegetables like radishes, carrots, turnips, and spring onions. As the temperatures warm you will see a little less green and more bright colors like summer squash, tomatoes, peppers, and eggplant. As fall sets (the best time of year) we still have all the sweetness of summer but also start adding in winter squash and an abundance of ground crops like potatoes, beets, onions, and our cold weather-loving green crops return. Fruit is available based on what local trees produce. Because farming is unpredictable we do not guarantee any crops but we are committed to making sure that our members are well taken care of. We love to add wonderful fresh flavors to your weekly menu with an assortment of herbs. CSA members do get the first and best of each week's harvests.
